Tips on how battlefield 3 multiplayer?

I've never player battlefield before and just got the new one and I am completely confused on how everything works and what I am supposed to do.Tips on how battlefield 3 multiplayer?
Battlefield 3 can b very confusing once you first pick it up but after a couple hours of play you should get used to it. Unlike CoD games Battlefield is more about teamwork and utilising the classes specialities. If you use Assault try to heal your team, Engineer destroy enemy vehicles and repair friendly, Support try and lay down suppressive fire and drop ammo packs, Recon try and place down mobile spawns and stay alive near objectives. Doing this will get you points to your classes and levels. Also another funpart of Battlefield are the vehicles. You can use these to dominate the maps or get from A to B much quicker. The vehicles consist of Tanks, Jeeps, Helicopters and Jets, but the Helicopters and Jets are much harder to control as there are more plains of movement so have a practice driving them and don't get to annoyed when you crash the first 5ish times, it's supposed to be fun! And another note is that vehicles have more than one seat, so before driving off into the distance wai to see if anyone else wants a lift( you can always use the extra guns)! Points earned go to level and classes to get unlocks. Also using a gun and getting lots of kills you can get attachments for it. At the start of matches it will ask if you want to be put into a squad. Always say yes as anything you do to help your squad will give you an extra 10 points more than helping anyone not in your squad. You can also spawn on your squad so it's easier and quicker to get into battle. The game modes feature Conquest ( try and kill the other team and capture bases), Rush ( one team tries to destroy M-con stations while the other tries to defend) and Deathmatch( try and kill enemy team), and each one of these has a squad. Erosion where 4 teams of 4 fight it out. Just try each class and game mode out and most of all, have fun that's what the games about.

Stay in a squad. Be useful by dropping med kits while playing assault or ammo while playing support for your squad. Use the repair tool on tanks if you are an engineer. Use the engineer class if you plan on driving a tank so you can repair it yourself. Don't run and gun, but don't camp either. Don't hold the fire button unless the are ight on top of you. Use controlled bursts of fire. Go for the objectives and defend the objectives in rush or conquest.
That is a few tips. Be patient and take your time. It is a good game, but it will take some time if you never played battlefield before this new game.Tips on how battlefield 3 multiplayer?
1. Pick a class that you like. 2. Once you pick a class figure out the point of that class. So pretty much if you pick Assault you will be rushing to a objective and that is almost it... Its a good kill whore class as well if your playing TDM. Engineer is mainly used for vehicles Support is used to help those other classes. The Recon class is mainly used to pick off enemies from a far distance and protect the objective. 3. You may die a lot but if you going for the objective thats what matters the most in BF. 4. Have fun. 5. Use overpowered guns :)
