Battlefield 3 PS3 Multiplayer?

Is the Battlefield 3 ps3 multiplayer experience as unfair as that of Medal of Honor? Please tell me there are no:

a) Snipers who can get you from ANY possible angle with one shot on the other side of the biggest map.

b) No MASSIVE bullet lag

c) No killstreak rewards/air strikes that happen every 5 seconds that kill you over, and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

And that it is something that you can sit down, strategize, and play or sit down and play a quick round.and also that it cuts out the massive amount of frustration present in MoH. ThanksBattlefield 3 PS3 Multiplayer?
1st thing MoH sucks complete balls dont compare it to any BF games. its a shame dice made that and left a sh!t stain on there record of stuff they've made recently

yea its fun snipers take alot more skill than in MoH you can take the scopes off and use them like assault rifles so they would have to be balanced and not retarded OP and one shot kill all the time

the dedicated servers are pretty good even when i play against ppl in the US(im in AUS) theres very minimal lag, no hugely noticeable bullet lag when playing in that situation and playing on servers from where i am makes it not noticeable

there isn't kill streak rewards. people have to get in the choppers tanks and do it them selves.

yea sure you can strategize with a team of mates i find it more fun to run in guns blazing and see what happens

you cant really play a quick round coz a round of rush/conquest goes for about 20 mins. but TDM goes prequickBattlefield 3 PS3 Multiplayer?
BF3 is nothing like MOH. BF3 is way more relastic. To answer your questions:

1. Snipers are more harder. You have to move around and hide in order to find enemies.

2. No

3. There are no killstreaks on BF3.

The matches last a long time. Its not like CoD where you run around for 10 mintues and the round ends.Battlefield 3 PS3 Multiplayer?
a) sniper damage is reduced. You need a head shot at long ranges. Sprinting makes it very difficult for snipers to get me. Last night I climbed a ladder to the top of a building and a sniper hit me 4 times before I finally died when I made it to the top of the ladder. Additionally, when you use anything above a 4x scope, the scope will create a flash effect when you look in the sniper's direction. This makes it easier to see snipers, especially if they are prone.

b) I haven't noticed anything like what you are saying here, but possibly because I had a good connection last night. when I was using a sniper rifle against a paratrooper who was an incredible distance above me, my bullet took a while to get to him and had an arc to it. Consequently, I couldn't hit him until he was very close to the ground and by then his erratic parachute maneuvering made it very difficult to follow him. This led me to believe that BF3 uses some physics with the bullet. They don't act like lasers moving in a straight line to the target, but act like projectiles affected by gravity like in real life.

c) There are no kill streaks, which is why I like this game

When I was playing this game last night, my team and I had several strategies. I started with a sniper class and positioned myself on the flanks to spot targets. The enemy was taking up sniper positions on top of buildings, so I went to their flank and took them out when the rest of my squad drew their fire in a front assault. Snipers are much more vulnerable now that their damage is reduced, so you need to work together as a team to draw enemy fire and attention away from them.

We played the same map again with roles reversed and I started using support classes. I noticed the enemy was using vehicles to ride up on the flanks. These flanks were vulnerable to snipers because of the wide open areas, but vehicles would protect them from sniper shots. I started to set up on the edges of the map with rpgs to protect our flanks from vehicles. A second team mate stayed in the center for frontal vehicle assaults. I noticed the enemy used hit and run tactics with their tanks by popping into an alley to fire at our flanks, then either retreat or drive past. It proved difficult to take them out at a distance, so some of us had to move out there. This made our center more vulnerable so some of us had to run back and forth to support.

The last map I played had a different play style. It was the one with the base jump to the final objective. The first area proved difficult to defend as the enemy took several positions behind rocks and brush. They alternated between sniping us from cover and laying down suppressing fire on our obvious sniping locations in buildings and towers. It was difficult to snipe, so I used my scope in a more scouting role to call out targets to our gunner classes to keep their heads down. Again, the reduced power of the sniper rifle made it difficult to take out fast moving targets with a lot of cover. The play area had a shorter width which had a more funneling effect for the attackers. This led to more intense combat and shorter wait times before the next wave of attacks would come. The attackers finally used hum-vs to break through on our left side and parked their vehicle behind a concrete wall. They were able to take the objectives and push us back to the second part of the stage. Here, we were much more effective as their strategy only involved 3 parts: Snipers on our left, vehicle assault on our left, and assault on our right. They mostly used the last approach, and their tickets bled out almost completely. We advanced up closer to their spawn, but a fast moving hum-v broke past us and made it to our objective with 3 of them. When we tried to retreat, a few of us fell and they ended up taking our final objective. They only had some 17 tickets left too. It was in the third area that most of the attacking team quit the game (we had been playing for 40 minutes), so we didn't get to see if we would ultimately prevail.

I had a lot of fun playing this game and I like it more than black ops which was beginning to really tick me off.
