Does the Battlefield 3 HD texture pack affect multiplayer or single player on 360?

I'm waiting for my XBOX360 hard drive to come next week, but in the meantime will campaign mode look crappy or online multiplayer or both? I already installed both discs, just not the HD texture pack...Does the Battlefield 3 HD texture pack affect multiplayer or single player on 360?
Even with the HD texture pack, the LOWEST graphics on PC = the graphics on consoles. I'm playing it on ULTRA graphics on my PC, and lets just say it looks ridiculously realistic!
