Why am I so sh*t at battlefield 3 multiplayer?

I've read all the guides i can find on the net, heard all the stuff about working as a team, tactics etc. and tried it, but when it comes to actually shooting the enemy, the enemy always gets there first, even if i see them a second before (which isn't that often). spent 40 quid on this and it feels like a waste of money cos I'm not enjoying it. Most games i get about 3-5 kills and 8-12 deaths. I play mostly rush, and I've played it quite a bit now. It's xbox btw. Pls help cos i might take this back.Why am I so sh*t at battlefield 3 multiplayer?
What you need to do is not rush its not call of duty. You need to be tactical and communicate with your teammates. Also go prone its so helpful! I was like you in the beginning but then I got better. Also unlock better weapons first before you return it. The better weapon you have the more kills. In the beginning of the game I was like what the hell this sucks but after I unlock better weapons and took my time I would go 32-3. Its not hard dude. Also play on Daemand peak on conquest you will like it.Why am I so sh*t at battlefield 3 multiplayer?
