how long should the update take? Its been an hour and ive only been able to download 28% of it. Is it supposed to take this long? I have highspeed at%26amp;t internet. xbox 360Battlefield 3 multiplayer update 12-13-11?
Considering the update is 2.07 GB....I would have to say yes. I've downloaded plenty of games from the dashboard onto my hard drive. Every game I've tried to download has taken this long. Sorry brother...Just suck it up and download it I guess.

Battlefield 3 Multiplayer?
Whenever I try and play with my friend when I get in the match I dont have a gun, and I just have to wall around with no gun or anything. Please help1Battlefield 3 Multiplayer?

Ps3...Just got out of Squad Rush game and into rush game, realised i cannot select ANYTHING oR ANY upgrades for my support or any class.. onlyin squad rush can i use a mortar, or my upgraded guns.

This is my first shooter so i'm not really experienced at this. So the problem is that when i'm playin multiplayer i shoot a people but they dont die so that means that they are in my team but i only see 2 colors on the screen yellow and blue names, so i shoot them and they dont die so which people with which color of name i need to shoot at? Why some people appear without name? and also in the map In the corner on the screen i just see my team moving but i dont see my enemies anywhere what does this mean?(read carefully please) who i need to kill in battlefield 3 multiplayer?

People that have GREEN names are in your SQUAD...Each game you have a TEAM and a SQUAD. The entire team is compiled of many squads or people not in a squad.
Your team is always BLUE on the map
The enemies name don't appear but will show up when you kill them, the will also appear RED on your radar. Or have a RED triangle above their head when spotted.
If your seeing YELLOW, you may want to adjust your tv or buy a new one because there is no yellow.(read carefully please) who i need to kill in battlefield 3 multiplayer?
The people without names are your enemies. You can only see allies on your map (unless an enemy shoots). The abundance of one colour will be your allies. I suggest you read the game manual.

okay for battlefield 3 you are placed in a squad, these guys will have green/yellow names over their heads, these are friendly. your squad makes up a part of the whole team, everyone else on your team has a blue name
now if someone doesnt have a name over their head then they are an enemy and you should fire without question, if it turns out to be a friendly what have you lost?

Why am I so sh*t at battlefield 3 multiplayer?
I've read all the guides i can find on the net, heard all the stuff about working as a team, tactics etc. and tried it, but when it comes to actually shooting the enemy, the enemy always gets there first, even if i see them a second before (which isn't that often). spent 40 quid on this and it feels like a waste of money cos I'm not enjoying it. Most games i get about 3-5 kills and 8-12 deaths. I play mostly rush, and I've played it quite a bit now. It's xbox btw. Pls help cos i might take this back.Why am I so sh*t at battlefield 3 multiplayer?
What you need to do is not rush its not call of duty. You need to be tactical and communicate with your teammates. Also go prone its so helpful! I was like you in the beginning but then I got better. Also unlock better weapons first before you return it. The better weapon you have the more kills. In the beginning of the game I was like what the hell this sucks but after I unlock better weapons and took my time I would go 32-3. Its not hard dude. Also play on Daemand peak on conquest you will like it.Why am I so sh*t at battlefield 3 multiplayer?

I recently bought Battlefield 3 for the Xbox 360 and downloaded updates for the game. But when I went to click multiplayer it said that I need an online pass code to access online multiplayer which will cost me 800 Microsoft Points. I don't even have that much Microsoft Points and never purchase Microsoft Points. This does not happen with any other game I have played on where you have to pay to access online multiplayer. Do I have to get an online pass code? If I do then that is pathetic because I have already payed to go on Xbox Live. Why should I pay to play a game?I need help with Battlefield 3 online multiplayer. Don't take Battlefield 3 back, remember not to play it as COD Type game. because it's not. Just keep trying I'm sure over time, you will become better.. Game is just like Dark Souls, the game pushes your skills beyond of what your used to.
