I really need help with battlefield 3 multiplayer!!!!!!!!!!?

I bought the limited edition for pc last week for quite a bit off money. i installed it and everything works fine except for multiplayer. basically i click on a server i want to join, ping is usually 30-60. the game manager would pop up and say joining server...initializing...logging in... connecting. the problem is it would stay on connecting forever and if i click the bf3 icon and open the game, it'll keep saying loading at the bottom right of my screen. I used the EA live chat support 3 time and told them my problem and 3 times they just ended the chat on me. can anyone shed some light for this problem. any help is appreciated.I really need help with battlefield 3 multiplayer!!!!!!!!!!?
Well, I highly suggest you to restart your computer or delete the game and reinstall it ,cause there are so many gamers playing BF3 online, that must be overloaded. ^^

By the way ,I鈥檓 palying BF 3 too, that鈥檚 really funny. You know ,I also met some problems. I usually contact my webshop which I find on itternet. http://www.gamehos.com/goods-364 ... EditionPCCdKey.html

Their customer server are really nice ,you can ask help from themI really need help with battlefield 3 multiplayer!!!!!!!!!!?
Here's what you do. Go to gamestop or whatever store you got the game from, return it, and ask to pre order modern warfare 3 instead. Then you won't ever have this problem, I hope this answer enlightened you.I really need help with battlefield 3 multiplayer!!!!!!!!!!?
It may just need patience. Try attempting to join and leave it for a while. Be very patient.

If that doesn't work, you might want to delete and re install the game, as something may have corrupted the files.

Also try checking your settings, making sure that there is nothing out of the ordinary.

I hope this helps, I have BF3 on Xbox and even though I am really bad at it it's really fun.
You can try disabling your anti-virus and/or firewall (one at a time) and try connecting then. I do know for a fact that currently Avast anti-virus prevents people from hosting co-op games (without any hint that it does it was trial-and-error to find out), maybe this figures into your online play too.
