Does battlefield 3 multiplayer have that 'rats in a cage' feeling that COD does?

The thing I can't stand about call of duty multiplayer is that you just run around in this tiny map. Theres no room for strategy. All you need is an itchy trigger finger. How big are the maps in battlefield 3? Do they have that same 'rats in a cage' feeling, if you know what I mean?Does battlefield 3 multiplayer have that 'rats in a cage' feeling that COD does?
lol, u really think they would have tanks and jets in a tiny map? the maps r huge...game is more strategic then CoD, more team based (make sure u look into GR Future Soldier %26amp; CS Global Offensive as well, out soon)

n an itchy finger wont work either especially over long distances as the game is more realistic and has bullet drop.

not to mention the environment is distributable, create ur own routs n stuff...also if some1 is in a building, instead of using the door or windows u can blow a hole in the wall n go in behind them or vice-versa (blow a hole in the wall to get out ETC).

i thought u had this game already.

how many game have u got so far %26amp; can u list them? if u dnt mind me asking that is...
No not at all. Operation Metro is the only map I can think of that sometimes feels like that, and I'm pretty sure that map was made/used in the public beta to cater to CoD players.

The maps are pretty big.. That is to say, they're generally pretty massive. I know exactly what you mean, it feels more like a sport type competition in CoD, not that I'm implying playing CoD is a sport. It just feels.. Small. Well, you know, you said it before me.Does battlefield 3 multiplayer have that 'rats in a cage' feeling that COD does?
No, not at all. Sometimes the spawn is a *****, since the enemy can just stay in the back, but take him down, and it'll be hard for him/her to get back to the same spot. There's a lot of action, the game is a lot better than Call of Duty if you want that kind of game. Even if you still do think it has* that "Rats in a Cage" feeling, it's still a nice upgrade from CoD.

absolutly not. you can run any where and everywhere. i mean theres no combat zones but theres nothing there anyways. or the no combat zones are to prevent ppl from spawn killing. but the maps are huge so i think maybe once every 15 matches or so ill accidently find one. but seriously theres jets in this game. jets need a lot of space, the maps have to be huge.Does battlefield 3 multiplayer have that 'rats in a cage' feeling that COD does?
the maps on battlefield are huge they are in no way the same size as cod, if you want to run around the back and flank them on some map you will be running for a while. There is also alot more strategy involved then in COD
the smallest map on BF3 will still be 4x bigger than the biggest map on COD.
