rush mode-its like demolition in cod. you have unlimited lives and have to blow up a bomb site but after you blow up two you move to the next part of the map and blow up the next objectives.
conquest-theres 3-4 flags you have to capture. similar to war in cod world at war
team death match-maps are smaller and theres no tanks,jets,choppers ect. my favorite game mode.
squad tdm-only one vehicle, 4 teams of 4people.

Don't listen to Matt he probably sucks so he's just bashing it to make him feel better. But to be a good BF3 or any BF player you need to work as a team and play the objective. Don't CoD it and just try to get a high kill-death ratio. Winning is the only important thing to do in battlefield. Bf3 does not blow. That dude sucks at it. You need to stay with your squad and communicate with them in order for your team and the rest of the team squads too win. This is a true military online multiplayer yet. Bf3 raped mw3 over at the E3 conference. Bf3 won for best shooter, online etc...
it sucks. just get MW3 on tuesday. bf3 blowsss.
