Xbox 360 can only support 32 players because of its capabilities. It cannot handle 64 players fighting each other.
Where as the PC can, since the PC capabilities are much larger than that of the Xbox 360.

dude i don't know how to tell you this but the XBOX 360 and the PS3 will only support 24 players not 32, actually 32 players is very good if they did it, it beats 24 but what can we do about it
if you really want them to make it 32 you need to twit them on Twitter or message them at Facebook cause trust me consoles will never have 64 players i've actually heard that 64 players is not that fun it only looks epic but i've heard that 32 is fun and it looks epic kinda but it's batter then 24 that's for sure

Xbox doesn't have nearly the resources a PC does.
Simple as that. Not yet anyways.
Because it is just the Beta. Beta's are only a sample of the actual game. When the real game comes out it will probably be much more capable.
